Velocity offers creditors and debt buyers an opportunity to partner with a servicer that is capable managing accounts receivable from both a pre-legal collection and litigation perspective. Depending on the characteristics of the account, Velocity may use pre-litigation collection services to reduce court costs, increase net back, and identify cases where litigation is impractical.
